It is with much regret and extreme sadness that I reference the loss of Buckminster Fuller’s daughter when he was 32.  Logically, this prompted the great design genius to suicide.  At the very last moment, he had an epiphany.  He would, alternatively, take up the challenge of committing egocide.

“To love oneself is the beginning of a lifelong romance.”

“The only thing that sustains one through life is the consciousness of the immense inferiority of everybody else.”

“It would be unfair to expect other people to be as remarkable as oneself.”

Enough with the Oscariana (Oscar Wilde witticisms).

Can one kill his ego?  Is a man without ego actualized?  Is vanity reflective of insecurity?  Is humility indicative of confidence?
